A marketing graduate of Auckland University of Technology, Vance has worked with some of the country’s top media companies in a variety of sales and marketing roles. This experience has helped Vance develop a valuable skill set from consultative selling and digital marketing through to copywriting advertisements, all highly relevant and transferable skills for a career in Real Estate.
2017 got off to a great start for Vance being awarded the top performer in January across 3 Harcourt’s offices and 17 sales consultants. Committed in every aspect of his career to offer exceptional service and results for his clients, Vance believes the key to great results is always to listen, and by doing this he uncovers his client’s core needs and is able to focus on what really matters to them. A skilled negotiator Vance believes in creating a win / win outcome for both parties and works hard to maintain long-term relationships with his clients.
A dedicated family man, during his free time Vance enjoys cooking, photography or relaxing with a good book. As most Kiwis rely heavily on their property investment for future financial security, Vance is a firm believer that dealing with people’s biggest asset is a huge responsibility which has to be taken seriously. He also realizes that achieving a premium price for his clients can make an enormous difference to their lives - a trust he doesn’t take lightly.
